Environmental Clearance Fee: This fee is collected with other Building Permit Fees for projects that are exempted by the Comprehensive Plan or for projects that would otherwise have to go through Environmental Clearance even though they would not be required to prepare an Environmental Impact Report.

**No environmental fee will be collected on replacement mobile homes or residential dwellings, residential accessory or non-occupied residential structures and park models.

Fire Fee Schedule: A fee of $20.00 is collected per page for fire plan review and a final inspection fee is collected based on the chart below:

Mandatory Refuse Fee:  This fee is collected on new dwelling units and is per unit.  It is pro-rated depending on the month you obtain your building permit and will appear on your taxes the following year. (Replacements dwellings will not be charged if they have already paid the fee on their tax bill)

Residential Driveway Permits: Required prior to the issuance of a building permit and you must bring your receipt of payment at the time of permitting.  Call 863-402-6877 for their fee schedule.

Utility Connection Fees: Must be paid prior to permitting, contact the utility company servicing the area you are building in.
