The Highway Park Utilities Department is Responsible for: Constructing a safe water source to the residents of the Highway Park area which has poor water quality. The construction of this water facility is made possible in part by a Community Development Block Grant, State Housing Initiative Partnership, and the Board of County Commissioners' funds. There is an estimated 400+ residents that will benefit from this system.
